Hello, I’m the heart behind Liat’s Kitchen
I’m a professionally certified chef with a passion for creating delicious, wholesome food from the heart. I’ve been certified through Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School since 2005, and over the years I’ve had the privilege of working as a private chef, caterer, restaurant owner, and food entrepreneur.
My cooking is inspired by fresh ingredients, family traditions, and a love for bringing people together around good food. I believe in keeping food simple, fresh, and wholesome, which is why I do not cook with preservatives or seed oils. I focus on quality ingredients and homemade preparation whenever possible.
Today, I’m continuing that passion through my culinary business, creating homemade foods and handcrafted sourdough products made with care and attention to quality.
